Hebold Systems leads the industry in batch vessel productivity. We combine multiple technologies for raw material feeding, efficient mixing and homogenization, fast emptying and time-saving, fully automated CIP cleaning.
Fast and effective cleaning of containers
Our automatic CIP/SIP system can be perfectly configured by the user to achieve both sophisticated cleaning performance and the best cleaning times in the industry. In doing so, the CIP process runs completely autonomously. The operator can prepare the next batch while the container cleans and dries itself.
Powder induction for the hydration of powders and gums
Hydrating powders and gums can be introduced directly into the vessel in a dry state, without first being slurried. This prevents lumps or inclusions, so processing can be much faster. Clear, air-free Carbopol gels are produced in less than one hour.
Savings in cleaning agents, clean water and waste water.
Since our CIP cleaning system requires only 20% water in the tank, this results in significant savings in clean water and CIP cleaning agents. Cleaning wastewater is also greatly reduced.
Batch size flexibility
Hebold Systems containers can produce batch sizes as small as 25% of the container size while maintaining equivalent product characteristics. This means that fewer containers are needed, but the different production requirements are still met.
