Hebold Systems is a leader in productivity for batch vessels. We combine various technologies for raw material feeding, efficient mixing and homogenization, rapid emptying, and time-saving, fully automatic Cleaning in Place (CIP).
Fast and effective cleaning of vessels
Our automatic CIP/SIP system can be perfectly configured by the user to achieve both demanding cleaning performance and the best cleaning times in the industry. The CIP process runs completely autonomously. The operator can prepare the next batch while the vessel cleans and dries itself.
Powder induction for the hydration of powders and gums
Hydrating powders and gums can be introduced directly into the vessel in a dry state without being slurried beforehand. This prevents lump formation or inclusions, allowing processing to proceed significantly faster. Clear, air-free Carbopol gels are produced in less than an hour.
Saving of cleaning agents, clean water, and wastewater
Since our Cleaning in Place (CIP) system requires only 20% water in the vessel, this leads to significant savings in clean water and CIP cleaning agents. Cleaning wastewater is also greatly reduced.
Flexibility in batch size
Hebold Systems vessels can produce batch sizes from 25% of the vessel size while maintaining equivalent product properties. As a result, fewer vessels are needed while still meeting the various requirements of production.
