Fast and effective cleaning of containers
Our automatic CIP/SIP system can be perfectly configured by the user on their own to achieve both demanding cleaning performance and the best cleaning times in the industry. The CIP process is completely self-sufficient. The operator can prepare the next batch while the container cleans and dries itself.
Powder induction for the hydration of powders and gummies
Hydrogenating powders and gummies can be introduced directly into the vessel in a dry state without being slurried up first. This prevents lumps or inclusions, so that processing can be much faster. Clear, air-free Carbopol gels are produced in less than an hour.
Savings in cleaning agents, clean water and wastewater
Since our CIP cleaning system requires only 20% water in the container, this results in significant savings in clean water and CIP detergents. Purification wastewater is also greatly reduced.
Flexibility in batch size
Hebold Systems containers can produce batch sizes from 25% of the container size with equivalent product properties. This means that fewer containers are needed, but still meet the different requirements of production.
