Inline homogenizers from Hebold Systems offer a wide range of applications: They can convey and mix the product in a targeted manner. This makes them particularly suitable for dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying and crushing liquid to semi-solid products.
At its core is a strong rotor-stator sprocket that presses the product between fixed stator teeth. In the process, it is exposed to extreme shear. This high-intensity action in the smallest of spaces allows optimal product results to be achieved in terms of homogeneity and fineness.
The homogenizers can be used both stationary as a fixed installation on a plant or tank and in mobile versions, e.g. on several containers with changing locations. For new applications, we offer the possibility to track and optimize processes in our technical center. We can send existing mobile homogenizers to our customers for test purposes.

Working gently in tandem mode
If the energy input is too intense in intermediate phases, the speed can be reduced. If there is still too much shear, Hebold Systems offers you the patented TANDEM solution to keep the flow rate constant. Here, the shear is completely switched off and the homogenizer is converted into pure pumping operation.
PowderStream: Suction without vacuum
Our PowderStream is mounted on the housing of the homogenizer and is responsible for the direct dispersion of powders without a vacuum device. The fluid passing through is deflected in a narrowing cross-section in such a way that a partial negative pressure is formed. This strong negative pressure means that powder can be sucked in from a container with a lance.
