CONTILINE – The ideal choice for emulsions
With the CONTILINE system, mixing is performed in phases in fixed, sequential steps. Similar raw materials can be grouped into a single phase. They pass through the plant and are combined in the final step as a finished product.
Each line has precisely defined production rates. By adjusting the feed rates of the input phases, conditions in the mixing zones are kept consistently constant. After restarting the mixer system, the steady state can be easily restored. In this operating mode, every element to be produced is treated equally. The final product created with CONTILINE consists of very stable, high-quality emulsions that feature a long shelf life, fine particle size, as well as a very narrow particle size distribution.
