Inline Homogenization Systems

Inline Homogenizers from Hebold Systems offer versatile application possibilities: They can specifically pump and mix the product. This makes them particularly suitable for dispersing, homogenization, emulsification, and comminution of liquid to semi-solid products.
The core component is a powerful rotor-stator gear ring that presses the product through fixed stator teeth. In doing so, it is subjected to extreme shear. Thanks to this highly intensive action in the smallest of spaces, optimal product results in terms of homogeneity and fineness can be achieved.
The homogenizers can be used either stationary as a fixed installation on a system or tank, or in mobile versions, e.g., on several containers with changing locations. For new applications, we offer the possibility in our Technical Center to replicate and optimize processes. We can send existing mobile homogenizers to our customers for test purposes.

Gentle working in tandem mode
If the energy input is too intensive during intermediate phases, the speed can be reduced. If there is still too much shear, Hebold Systems offers the patented TANDEM solution to keep the pumping capacity constant. Here, the shear is completely switched off and the homogenizer is converted into pure pumping operation.
PowderStream: Suction without vacuum
Our PowderStream is mounted on the homogenizer housing and is responsible for the direct dispersing of powders without vacuum equipment. The passing liquid is redirected in a narrowing cross-section so that a partial vacuum is formed. This strong negative pressure allows powder to be sucked out of a container with a lance.
