What is your expertise in the field of industrial mixing technology?
HEBOLD SYSTEMS was founded in 1925 and has since continued to develop and advance in mechanical engineering and mixing technology. We skillfully incorporate the experience and knowledge we have gained into plant engineering and successfully serve the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries with individual solutions in mixing and homogenization technology.

HEBOLD SYSTEMS designs and manufactures mixing systems for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, as well as the food and cosmetics sectors. Our focus is on the construction of vacuum mixing systems, homogenization systems, continuous mixing systems, vessels, and tanks for the production of liquid and semi-solid products.
How is it ensured that your products meet the specific requirements of each customer?
We discuss your project with you thoroughly and evaluate specific requirements before project approval. In addition, you can perform tests on our machines in our laboratory beforehand to achieve the best possible results.
How do your innovations differ from standard solutions?
Our mixing systems are individually adapted to the needs of your products. From design to assembly, all processes take place in-house. This allows us to ensure that knowledge and experience are shared and that important information is passed on from department to department.
How are your products tested for their durability?
Regardless of whether you choose a continuous mixing system or a homogenizer, we ensure that the manufacturing meets the highest standards and we align ourselves with international certificates and guidelines.
How can customers ensure that your mixing systems match their manufacturing processes?
Regardless of the individuality of each machine, our mixers (homogenization systems and dispersing systems) are manufactured according to international standards and certifications. Before construction begins, requirements and elements, such as vacuum systems, heating and cooling equipment, pre-phase vessels, etc., are defined and determined together with you. Only after completion and discussion of the offer do we begin construction and inform you about the progress.
What kind of support does your company offer after the sale of mixing systems?
After the delivery of, for example, a process system or a vessel, we offer 24/7 after-sales service. We have set up an additional telephone hotline to answer questions as quickly as possible. Our technicians are also happy to support you on-site at any time to guarantee production security and prevent potential problems with mixing systems.

How long does it take for a mixing system to be delivered and installed?
We begin procurement and production as soon as the order for the mixing system has been approved by you. The duration of production and completion, including final assembly, depends on your desired product as well as the associated delivery times for the individual components. Please note that for worldwide deliveries, 2-6 weeks of extra time are required due to transit times.
What are the payment terms for purchasing a mixing system?
Payment terms vary depending on the product and the agreed delivery date.
